I have tried and failed to think of a single example of an employee that has shown a greater measure of personal investment, ownership, and dedication than Naomi.

She refined a process that is far more complex than simply measuring the breadth and depth of some manufactured widget. She found the 'sweet spot' between making the QA process too narrow and confined and having it so flexible that standardisation was impossible. Naomi guided us all through every change—with poise and professionalism. As a result, the QA team was far more synchronised, and through her mentorship, the Learning Design team adapted en masse. I don’t feel hyperbolic in calling that a herculean feat.
